Set on a large plot of land this beautiful and modern two storey Villa contains everything that you should need, to make you feel at home and to enable guests of all ages to enjoy their Villa holiday to the maximum.

Montana Rojo - This complex is set back in a direct line from the heart of Playa Blanca - please view the resort and island Maps (click here).

A walk to the resort centre, harbour area and beach front will take between 15 and 20 minutes. Although a car is not essential for most people, I do recommend car hire (click here for prices). Playa Blanca is very spread out and there is so much to offer in the surrounding areas. With a car, guests will find that they can make the most of the local amenities.

VILLA ROSA FACILTIES - This holiday home has a large terrace and surrounding garden area, off road parking (room for 2 cars), and private heated swimming pool with poolside shower.

Inside, Villa Palma is fully equipped and has been carefully furnished to create a modern yet homely and spacious feel.

The open plan living/dining area comes complete with luxurious leather sofas, satellite television, DVD Player * and hi fi system. Sega games consol, and limited childrens toys and board games.

The patio doors leading out from the living room take you out to your private swimming pool and terrace area.
Fully equipped kitchen and utility room which contains a washing machine, Microwave, full hob and oven with extractor fan, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board and fridge freezer. Also on the lower level of the villa there is a third twin bedroom and a shower room.

On the upper level of the villa the tastefully decorated master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed and a walk in dressing room.

 

There are patio doors from the master bedroom which lead to a large private balcony with table and chairs. The balcony over looks the pool area and also has stunning views straight ahead to Los Lobos and Fuerteventura... the perfect setting for guests to enjoy their breakfast or of an evening to watch the sun go down.

Also on the upper level there is a bathroom and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
