One of three identical neighbouring villas on the Montana Rojo Complex. Each designed and furnished identically.
Each villa is detached and is fully self contained, this includes a large private heated swimming pool, beautiful gardens and ample terrace area complete with constructed BBQ. fully completed at the end of July 2004 each villa is brand new and ready for rentals.

Montana Rojo - This complex is set back in a direct line from the heart of Playa Blanca
A walk to the resort centre, harbour area and beach front will take between 15 and 20 minutes. Although a car is not essential for most people, I do recommend car hire. Playa Blanca is very spread out and there is so much to offer in the surrounding areas. With a car, guests will find that they can make the most of the local amenities.
VILLA FACILITIES - The interior of Villa Paradiso is, tasteful, spacious and pleasing to the eye.
Each room has been painted a different colour to create a warm and homely atmosphere. All furnishings are of a high standard; this includes solid pine beds, built in wardrobes, fully fitted modern kitchen, and luxurious leather seating in the living area. From the main entrance to villa sueno you turn left to the master bedroom. This is the largest of the three bedrooms, Comfortable and very spacious this room has a large fitted wardrobe, double bed and side tables. There is also plenty of room for a cot or mini bed for guests travelling with very young children.
Next to the master bedroom, there is a beautifully fitted shower room with w.c and wash basin.
Across from the entrance to the right hand side leads you through into the living room. This room contains leather seating and a full entertainment system including, DVD player and British satellite system. The adjoining dining area has a pleasant view to the front and also has double patio doors which lead you to the entrance and pool area.
The compact and Modern Kitchen in Villa Paradiso is fully equipped with, Full Oven, Hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. There is a separate utility area at the back of the house which contains a washing machine.
From the back of the living area a small hall leads to the second bedroom – contains twin beds and fitted wardrobes. - next door to this room there is a bathroom which also has a wc and wash basin.
The third bedroom in villa sueno contains bunk beds; this is the smallest of the three bedrooms, ideal for children within a family group.
Hire items for families with young children and babies will be available on request. All linen is provided and for stays of more than 7 days there will be a mid week maid service. For any extra cleaning requirements please request when booking, the charges will then be advised if this service is available.
