Villa Hibiscus is an ideal family villa with a private heated pool and secluded terrace set in a peaceful residential area of Puerto del Carmen. This beautiful villa is decorated to a very high standard and all the amenities you require for a relaxing holiday in the sun. There are fantastic choice of beaches, restaurants, bars and duty free shops all within a 10 min walk. The promenade and long stretches of beaches are breathtaking and great for walking from Puerto delCarmen to the Old Town harbour or towards Matagorda & Playa Honda. This fantastic villa is ideal for families with a large terrace with BBQ area, outside dining area, with plenty of shelter on those hot sunny days. The terrace and heated pool is located to the rear of the villa, therefore gets the sun all day long, this also offers the privacy and seclusive most desired. Puerto del Carmen is the most popular resort on Lanzarote. From a fishing village it has evolved into a major tourist resort with calm clear waters, excellent facilities for deep sea fishing, water skiing and windsurfing.
On entering the villa there is a open plan living area & dining area with airconditioning and heating in the winter. The living area has comfy sofas and TV; DVD & Sky freeview, with a bay window looking out to the pool and terrace area which is very private. There is a dining table & chairs for entertaining.
The large Fully fitted Kitchen in the Villa has everything you need including, Full Oven, Hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle. There is a separate utility area at the back of the house which contains a washing machine.
The villa has 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have been decorated beautifully.
The bathrooms are fully tiled with w.c, wash basin, toilet and baths including showers and large mirrors.
The villa is an ideal location for golf lovers, the new golf course in Puerto del Carmen is short distance, 5 ,min drive, 20 min walk, please ask Paula details, currently working with "lanzarote4golf" for prizes and competitions arranged.

The luxury private solar heated pool is very secluded but has no shallow end therefore armbands for small children are essential.
Hire items for families with young children and babies will be available on request. All linen is provided and for stays of more than 7 days there will be a mid week maid service. For any extra cleaning requirements please request when booking, the charges will then be advised if this service is available.
