It is situated close to all amenities but very private and secluded with a fantastic private terrace and heated swimming pool. The master bedroom patio doors opens to the private balcony with sea view seating. You can wake up to the sounds of dolphins.

FACILITIES: The interior of Villa Del Mar has been finished to an excellent standard, with tasteful decor and spacious surroundings. The villa has a large private terrace and private heated swimming pool. The villa is over 3 floors:-
On entering the Villa there is a open staircase to the upstairs floor and stairs down to the lower twin bedroom and En-suite bathroom.
All furnishings are of a high standard: this includes fully fitted modern kitchen, spacious open plan living area with comfy sofa’s and dining room table and chairs. The living area has TV/DVD player Free satellite Radio/stereo system.
The new modern fully fitted kitchen has Full oven and large hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. There is a outside laundry area with a washing machine.
From spacious living area the patio doors open up to the large terrace with outside table and chairs relaxing and sea views.
Upstairs all floors are wooden. There and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom to the right is twin bedroom with bedside tables and large fitted wardrobes. The bedroom has air-conditioning unit The upstairs bathroom is a separated Shower Room with walk in shower, wc, wash basin and bidet
The master bedroom is very spacious with comfy chairs and coffee table, bedside tables and large wardrobes. The patio doors from the master bedroom open to a private balcony with small table and chairs. The bedroom also has Air-conditioning. A door leads to an en-suite with bath & shower, w.c bidet and wash basin.
The third twin bedroom is located on the lower floor with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables, there also air-conditioning, there is another en-suite bathroom with fitted shower, w.c. and wash basin.
