Villa Blanca is situated opposite the Idyllic beaches of Los Pocillos, within easy walking distance to Matagorda and Promenades to New town of Puerto del Carmen.
This beautiful villa is ideal for families & children with just a 3 min walk to the beach. The prime location of the villa offers stretches of fabulous beaches and sea views. Close to all amenities and has a ‘home from home’ feel.
VILLA FACILTIES: The villa has been tastefully decorated with an open plan feel to the living/dining/kitchen area. The villa is on 2 levels, the upstairs includes living room & kitchen/dining room with a terrace for enjoying the sea view and tranquillity of Puerto del Carmen.
The villa is designed so the bedrooms are situated on ground level, this is a lot cooler and means you are able to get sleep in the red hot summer months.
The private pool and terrace area are to the rear of the villa, with garden area and Bbq. The downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
On entering the villa the two bedrooms to the right one is twin a bedroom the other a double bedroom, to the left is a large fully tiled bathroom with stacious walk in shower, w.c, wash basin and cabinet. On you next left is small hallway to the master bedroom which has patio doors leading to the terrace area. The master bedroom has double bed with wrought iron bedside tables. Large mirrored Fitted Wardrobes all around the bedroom. This bedroom has an en-suite with fully tiled bathroom. The bathroom has a spacious walk in power shower, w,c & wash basin & cabinet. There is also a leather settee and glass coffee table for relaxing in the downstairs master room.
To the right of the hallway are the remaining 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a double bed with fitted double wardrobes, the other bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe and bedside tables. Infront of you is the door to the pool & terrace area. The safe is situated in the hallway cupboard.
Upstairs there is an open plan living area, with 2 leather sofas, coffee table, TV, Sky Satellite, DVD/CD player. Laptop provided and free internet use. The dining area has table & chairs with breakfast bar & 2 stools separating the Fully fitted Kitchen area. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, microwave. The living area has patio doors leading to the veranda with outside chairs & table.
Hire items for families with young children will be available on request.
