Marina Azul complex is situated in the popular resort of Puerto Calero only 20mins walk from the Marina/port of Puerto Calero, where you will find lots of trendy shops, bars & restaurants, only 10 mins drive away from Puerto del Carmen busy resort. There is a supermarket, bar located 2 mins from the villa so close proximity to your essentials if needed. The Marina is perfect location for a holiday with shared massive pool and kiddies playground close by this complex has everything you need to relax and enjoy Lanzarote constant sunshine.
The large master bedroom upstairs is beautiful and has seaviews from the upstairs balcony (outside seating) and bedroom, with mirrored wardrobes down one side of the wall this is ample storage for all your needs. Next to the master bedroom, there is a beautifully fitted bathroom with w.c and wash basin. Located downstairs are the 2 remaining bedrooms.
When you enter the villa you will surprised by the tastefully decorated rooms. All roomsas decorated different colours for an homely feel. The living room contains comfy brown leather settees, coffee table and a full entertainment system including, DVD player and Plasma TV, Satellite Sky freeview and CD player. There are double patio doors from the living area which lead you to terrace area.
The seperate Modern Kitchen in this villa is fully equipped with, Full Oven, Hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There is a separate utility area at the back of the house for extra seating with table & chairs.
Both bedrooms downstairs have fitted wardrobes. The safe is located in the master bedroom upstairs for storing all your valuables. The bedrooms downstairs contain 2 twin beds, and in the third bedroom is a sofa/bed which can double up as a kiddies play room. These bedrooms are ideal for older clientele or kids.
The downstairs bathroom is fully tiled and has bath & shower with w.c. and basin.
The outside terrace area has dining table & chairs for dining alfresco and sunbeds for relaxing in the sun. The large fantastic communal pool & childrens pool is located 1 mins walk from the villa at the back of the villa and nearby is the small kiddies park, this quiet complex is ideal for a quiet restful holdiay.
Hire items for families with young children and babies will be available on request. All linen is provided and for stays of more than 7 days there will be a mid week maid service. For any extra cleaning requirements please request when booking, the charges will then be advised if this service is available.
