It is located in a prime position on a very secure complex with its own private swimming pool. There are terraces and sun loungers to soak up the sun all day.
Las Terracitas is 2 minutes from shops, restaurants and ten minutes from the harbour, shops and some of the best fish restaurants in Lanzarote. There is a small beach 5 minutes walk away, or 5km of stunning sandy beaches 10 minutes away in the New Town of Puerto del Carmen.
There are boat trips, diving, dolphin & Whale spotting, fishing, sailing and all water sports in the Harbour.
