Casa Maja is located in the popular resort of Tias, only ten mins drive from the hustle an bustle of Puerto del Carmen but a perfect retreat for relaxing with the seclusive and privacy you do not normally find. This rustic style villa with its gorgeous pitched roofs makes a refreshing change for your holiday. Tias has everything you need for a fantastic holiday, a vast array of shops, bars & restaurants with inexpensive tapas and local dishes been surprisingly low in cost. Tias is a busy centre but has kept its canarian feel with the locals and very friendly people due to it been away from the more popular resorts.
The villa has a private gatway for off-road parking but t is situated close to all amenities but very private and secluded with a fantastic private terrace and heated swimming pool. (This villa is very popular with the nudists community as you are not overlooked) The spacious master bedroom is beautiful with patio doors opens to the private balcony with sea views & seating.
You are not far from resort of Puerto Calero this is just 10 mins drive, with the Port/marina and exclusive restaurants where the rich & famous moore their fantastically expensive boats / yatchs. Tias is ideal for proximity to all resorts been more central, 20 mins from Playa Blanca, 10 mins from Arrecife (capital).
FACILITIES: The interior of Casa Maja has been finished to an excellent standard, with tasteful dcor and spacious surroundings. The villa has a large private terrace and private heated swimming pool. The villa is over 2 floors:-
On entering the Villa you will be surprised how spacious the large living area is with its wooden pitched roof, the living area has patio doors leading to the terrace area, there are comfy sofas, Sky TV, entertainment centre inc DVD, stereo, the upstairs floor is located off the living area. All the bedrooms have fully tiled en-suites which is ideal for families and couples for privacy and space of your own.
All furnishings are of a high standard: this includes fully fitted modern kitchen, you will find the kitchen to the rear of the villa and has a rustic feel to it but has a fully fitted kitchen, Full oven and large hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine. There is separate utility area off the kitchen with more sinks and large fridge/freezer.
The two remaining bedrooms are located downstairs, to the rear of the villa is the twin bedroom with en-suite, bath/shower, w.c., wash basin. The other downstairs bedroom (safe is located in this bedroom for all your valuables) has double bed and patio doors opening to the private terrace, en-suite inc wash room with shower, w.c. wash basin.
The upstairs master bedroom is very spacious with a comfy settee, bedside tables and large fitted wardrobes. The patio doors from the master bedroom open to a private balcony with small table and 2 chair. A door leads to an en-suite with bath/shower, w.c, bidet and wash basin.
There are additional put up beds for additional guests, although the villa is large enough to accommodate this.
Hire items for families with young children will be available on request.
