This unique Villa has been recently refurbished downstairs with a very private patio area to the front of the property. This villa is perfect for the close proximity to the centre of Puerto del Carmen new town and beautiful beaches. With private walkway down to the idyllic beaches of Puerto del Carmen that stretch the full length of the busy and beautiful promenades. The close proximity to the sea and restaurants & bars makes this the an ideal location for holiday makers. Puerto del Carmen is one of the most popular resorts of Lanzarote and this villa is ideal for families and small children. This villa does not have a private pool due to the beach & sea only been one min walk away. There is an seperate studio upstairs with breaktaking views for couples with private patio, double bedroom, kitchenette and en-suite this canarian style bedroom offers privacy for family or couples with their own space.
On entering the villa you will notice how authentic this property is, the first room you see is the living area which contains leather seating and a full entertainment system including, DVD player and British satellite system, internet access for professionals (bring your own laptop). The adjoining dining area are open plan with the Kitchen and living area.
The beautiful and Modern Kitchen in this villa is fully equipped with, Full Oven, Hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for your use.
On the same level there is the master bedroom with double bed, full length wooden wardrobes and a very secure safe for your valuables. This bedroom has 2 bedside tables & lamp for relaxing and reading, there is also a mosquito net over the bed.
The downstairs bathroom is very spacious with double sink, large mirror and a fantastic walk in shower unit.
The 2nd bedroom in the villa contains bunk beds; this is the smallest of the three bedrooms, ideal for children within a family group.
The 3rd bedroom is upstairs (you go up from the outside terrace area) and has been kept in the old traditional style of Lanzarote and has a 'canarian' feel to it. It has double bed with small bathroom and kitchenette area. This has its own balcony with sea-views from the terrace patio doors leading from the bedroom.
This villa has a beautiful patio area for relaxing and outside dining with outside shower area.
Hire items for families with young children and babies will be available on request. All linen is provided and for stays of more than 7 days there will be a mid week maid service. For any extra cleaning requirements please request when booking, the charges will then be advised if this service is available.
