The Island of LANZAROTE
is the most exclusive and distinctive of the seven canary
Islands. Situated off the west coast of Africa and less
than 4 hours flying time from London to the Islands airport
- ARRECIFE.
Tourists come back year after year to enjoy the perfect
combination of subtropical heat and cooling breezes.
PLAYA
BLANCA was once a small fishing village,
situated at the southern tip of Lanzarote. The resort has
been developing over the past few years and is fast becoming
the most popular of the three main tourist resorts on the
island.. still lower in size than Puerto Del Carmen and
Costa Teguise - Playa Blanca has maintained its quaint traditional
character.
There is a beautiful Promenade which stretches along the
coast, a brand new Marina, Stunning beaches and the main
harbour for those who wish to make the most of the many
excursions direct from Playa Blanca.
A visit to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura
and Los
Lobos constitutes a beautiful day out and an
ideal opportunity to take in another two of the Canary Islands
while you are here in Lanzarote. Ferries and boat trips
to both of the islands leave daily from the harbour in the
centre of Playa Blanca.
Not Far from Playa Blanca is the most famous of the beaches
on lanzarote 'PUNTA
DE PAPAGAYO', Not to be missed by anybody travelling
to Lanzarote to enjoy stunning views and the very best of
the beaches on offer anywhere in the canary Islands.
The Montana
Rojo complex is set back from the centre of Playa
Blanca in a direct line from the harbour. Our Private villas
with pools offer Tranquillity, comfort and splendid Views.
The perfect setting for our guests to get away from it all,
relax and enjoy.
